Ingredients

For matar chaat:

  • 1 cup dried white peas (soaked overnight) 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves

For Sizzler Base:

  • 1/2 cup sauteed vegetables (capsicum, carrots, beans) 
  • 1 boiled and sliced potato
  • 1 cabbage leaf (for sizzler plate base)

Instructions:

1.Cook Matar: 

Boil soaked peas until soft. Drain and keep aside.
