Ingredients:
- ½ cup rice
- ½ cup yellow moong dal

- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water

Instructions:
1.Wash & Soak
Wash rice and moong dal together and soak for 15 mins. Drain.
2.Tempering
In a pressure cooker, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, hing, ginger, and green chili. Sauté for a few seconds.
3.Add Dal & Rice
Add soaked dal-rice mix. Stir well.
4.Spices & Veggies
Add turmeric, salt, and veggies if using. Mix well.
5.Add Water
Pour 3 cups water and stir.
6.Pressure Cook
Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 2–3 whistles.
7.Serve
Let pressure release. Open lid, mash lightly if you like. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
