Kaju Katli Recipe | Easy Homemade Cashew Burfi

Kaju Katli, also known as Kaju Barfi, is one of India’s most loved and classic sweets. Made with just cashews, sugar, and a hint of cardamom or rose water, this melt-in-the-mouth delicacy is especially popular during festivals like Diwali and Raksha Bandhan. It's elegant, simple, and always a hit at celebrations.
