Ingredients
- 200g button mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
- 1–2 green chilies (optional)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Water as needed

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden.
2.Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute.
3. Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
4. Add sliced mushrooms. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 6–8 mins.
5. Add little water if needed. Cover and cook till mushrooms are soft.
6.Add garam masala and cream (optional). Simmer for 2 mins.
7.Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
