- 1–2 green chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- ½ teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder) (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed)
- Oil/ghee for cooking
