Ingredients:

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot (optional)
  • 1–2 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder) (optional) 
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil/ghee for cooking
